6. Production & Delivery

7. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that logos, trademarks, artwork, and designs provided to us do not infringe upon third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to refuse production of unauthorized or prohibited designs.

8. Quality Assurance

• All products undergo quality inspections before shipment.
• Minor variations in color, size, fabric texture, or printing may occur due to manufacturing processes and are considered acceptable industry standards.

9. Claims & Returns

• Any claims regarding defects, shortages, or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
• Returns are only accepted after written approval from our company.
• Customized products are generally non-returnable unless manufacturing defects are confirmed.

10. Shipping & Customs

• Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.

11. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
• Any approved cancellation may be subject to recovery of incurred production and material costs.

12. Limitation of Liability

• All customer information, designs, and business details are treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission, except where required by law.
